Haha, I just wanted to listen to the song and now I'm reading all these comments about Straight Edge. :D Being SxE doesn't necessarily mean to follow a vegan / vegetarian diet but you can do so. :') The main parts of being SxE are that you don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, don't do any drugs and don't have promiscuous sex. Some Edgers even don't use caffeine. Well, to me as a Straight Edger it's also important to not use prescription drugs when it's not necessary.
