@WorldSacred If your capable of hitting deliveries like that why arn't you in the Aussie cricket team mate? Martin's a shit batsmen no one will deny that. But Martin's playing at Test level. I think there's a large difference in the skill level of the bowlers you face, and the bowlers that represent an international team.

@fireemblemrocks89 Test level or not, I have faced bowling of that quality and could hit the guy for four to the cover boundary. I'm pretty sure you are just as capable too. I have faced bowlers who have bowled as quickly as the average speed of Brett Lee's, and have knicked the ball for six over the slips. Though Waqar Younis would give me a hell of a time with his deliveries, atleast my batting average would be 10 runs higher than Martin's.

imo its unacceptable this day and age to be this pathetic with the bat, even if you are a number 11. You need to have some sort of defensive capabilities so you can be hold out for a draw or to hold up 1 end so the other batter can win the game for his side if its close. Martin is neglegient to his team mates by not putting more effort into improving his batting.
