Hey... let's make gas really expensive, so people find ways to use less... that way we'll still make the same money off gas for alot longer (while NOT making the environment better!) ..

Um it hasn't been passed. It's dead. It just passed the house but died in the senate. You should've done some research before you did the whole doom n' gloom thing in the description.
