If you're asking how to set the limiter, you need to buy a tuner for a 96+ car or you need someone to tune your car if it's older than 1996.

@pumpuki If you want the best out of your car take it to a performance shop and have it dyno tuned. That cost more but you're also having it fined tuned and it can get you a good a/f ratio. Hand held tuners will work it's just better to have it dyno tuned.

Launch control maybe? Most of these set ups are just for launch control so they cut down wheel spin and shut off after a launch.
