@fitwithmitch hey is that excersise needed to be done ? i only use dumbbells ...lol it's no problem if i don't use the weights while stunding right ??? i only want to use dumbbells for biceps ...and push ups of course.
@MarloBomfunk You can use dumbbells, that's fine. You'll just have to rotate your wrists to put the emphasis on either the long head or the short head. Ex. Do 10 curls with your palms facing up, 10 with your palms facing each other, and 10 with your palms facing the ground.
