iam dutch an the have it in a very good sushi and grill restaurant in amstelveen,

there have fried shrimp (only insideout and salmon eggs on the outside) roll ans temaki fried shrimp!

i guess in japan making a sushi roll is like making a sandwich, you'll just put in whatever you want

@hehekid1 i believe lettuce isnt always in tempura rolls

anything really, its all about wht you like.. : D
