Uhhh...since when does this have anything to do with Marvel? The film was by ADV and was an adaptation of the Avatar remake of the original Chaos! Comics line that started with Evil Ernie. Marvel never has, and probably never will have the rights to anything dealing with Lady Death or Brian Pulido.

Anyone else find this a bit painful to watch? Lady Death's voice sound all wrong and too much like a high school girls. Good vs Evil has always seemed pretty boring to me. Evil vs Evil and the exploration of the shades of gray therein is far more thought provoking. Read the comics as they are far better then this.
