You get in a suit, walk clockwise, use a tray to transfer items, you light a candle, check your stuff before you leave your station, cradle, wine, candle, decanter, 2 coasters, service cloth, present the wine, repeat producer, name and vintage. Label facing down in the cellar, so you must never turn it back up. Cut the foil, wipe the lip. Never look up, never stop pouring. Looks like aminimum wage job to me. Serving bankers, attorneys, retired U.S. Marshals and FBI agents. Silly job
