when it was almost the womans that i loves birthday i decided to get her a music box like this one. weve shared so many memories together and i would always call her my sunshine i loved her so much. but then she broke up with me..... so now all i feel is pain. i know that im not superman but i have a heart like his. my heart goes out to everyone with a sad story to tell
While visiting my Aunt when I was very little, she gave me a stuff wind up elephant. It was this very song that it played and I used to crank it up as tight as it would go, lay it next to my head and fall asleep to it. The day that elephant stopped playing music was a sad day for me indeed.
my mom used to give me a swan that every time i turn it on it shows lights and play this same music. she gave me that swan when i was a kid and play it every night. she told me on a letter to play it every time i miss her and she'll be with me but every time i do, i just cry, i was 9 years old then and my mom was away working overseas. now that im older, i still cry every time i listen to this.. :(
I got the same music box from hawkins bazaar :) I listen to it all the time and if anything every happens to me i want that music box to be given to my family ♥
I travelled to Australia from California, to where I met for the first time, the love of my life. We rode the bus together and she sang me this song as I watched her with dedicated eyes. Her voice was perfect.
She would hum it at night time as we sat in a small room, watching the lightning in silence. We went into a small shop where I found a musical box that played the song. We sat and listened together. I had to return to California alone. And every time I hear this, I can't help but cry.
I showed this to my husband when we were dating and had broken up once and it had almost made him cry, he used to sing this song to me when we had first gotten together. Very cute video^^
my mom always sang this to me to help me fall asleep or when i was crying when i was a baby, i am now 14 years old and this song still calms me <3
