These are the most common I know. I have several on video that I also take photos with a SLR and Telephoto. The videos are like this, but if you get telephoto close exposures these things have structure. I'm a MUFON Field Investigator, and if in fact a balloon, like these armchair debunkers who do not know the science suggest, explain them moving against the wind or rock solid in the sky. Can you? Do the science. Your philosophy is useless. These are something else.

It is an amazing object, reported on Youtube from all over the world...but to distinguish from UFO's:

1. It moves, pulsates, changes colors, size and shape,is very bright, and is seen night and day.

2. People report it responds to thought.

I have seen a small irregular star that was stationary that blinked on then off several times. I had a friend across town on the phone who I directed to look at a it and they about fainted when the light came on and faded off. But not the one you describe.

The movement is obviously from his hand, if you zoom in that far it's very hard to not make it move like that, try it. If you zoom in to a star without a tripod it will most likely wiggle like this, unless you are Coll Hand Luke that is.

In such case, the camera should be just touched by any side to any object like wall or any chair or any firm object. The camera shake will be less and focus will be more quick. Damn! people dont know simple home camera ideas and post in YT.
