you can always tell the 0-60 by subtracting 8 seconds for the 1/4 mile time. Same kinda idea with 1/4 mile times. just add 8 seconds.. That is average if you read car magazines and pay attention
Dude, that makes no since! They claim 2004-07 CTS-V is 4.6 sec to 60 miles an hour! That would place the 1/4 mile times at 12.6! Show me stats on the 1st gen CTS-V running 12.6 stock? You cant! The are low to mid 13 sec cars stock!
They are indeed low to mid 13 sec cars but trap 108-109mph stock...which technically could get you into the 12's with a perfect launch and great driver. I don't know if I'd use the "8 sec rule" either though. Doesn't take into account traction (ie AWD vs RWD vs FWD).
