Very good video on improving the ergonomics of using a Touchscreen. Attaching a physical keyboard, or Keyboard dock like the Asus Transformer and buying a stand or case which can hold your tablet in a comfortable angle while you type can also improve the ergonomics. Plus, you might type faster as well.

Duh. That's what you get for getting a heavy, crappy iPad and buying in to Jobs' BS "screens smaller than an iPad are so bad for your fingers and eyes".

I have never had any problem or strain working on a device as small as an Eris, or an OG Droid, all the way up to my shiny new Galaxy Nexus, or a Tab, or even yes working on a client's iCrap.

7" widescreen, landscape-rotated tablets are the best form factor, period. No ergo or weight problems unlike the square, chinese-lead-packed iPad. IMO.
