Back in the 90s, when they took over, they spent like drunken sailors -- after campaigning on the notion, the promise of reducing government spending and reducing corporate subsidies. Under Bush II, when they took the reins they didn't stop, not one bit. They spent and spent, just as much and often as the Democrats. But *now* they complain?
