  • BTK poilce don,t like camerar on thim only you !!!

  • Actually, Texas wiretapping laws say that you only need one party to consent to the audio. YOU are one of the parties, you did nothing wrong.

  • I was seriously harassed by a plano policeman just tonight in front of my son. How do I explain to my son that police are 'ok' when we found first hand they are not?

  • Plano has some very corrupt cops. I had my own exprience with them. I can tell you they're corrup, the city is corrupt. If u want to know how corrupt they can be, just look at Plano Balloon Fest. The once private citizens gethering is now a make-cash-fast scheme for the city.

  • What a douche bag. That cop needs to die a slow death.

  • @FelchBelcher My advice to you is: Wake up, loser. You don't know we live in a police state because you're too busy eating your fat laden burgers and cheese, watching sports and then trying to sound intelligent with your impotent sarcasm, which is also an EPIC FAIL. Not to mention hating on people like us who do SOMETHING to better the world. Not that you'd know what that's like, just sayin'. Have a wonderful, blissfully ignorant life. You're doing good with that.

  • @4theA typical arrogant ameri-cunt.

  • @FelchBelcher I didn't even have a video camera when I started - but learned quickly that cops purjure themselves on the stand and without video to back up our (true) side, we'd lose. We don't. Charges are always dropped by Monday a.m. because they were ILLEGAL charges with NO merit.

  • @FelchBelcher Also, unless you have ever gotten off your fat, lazy ass and acutally got out there and standing up for what you believe in (you obviously haven't, that's why you don't know what it's like) and the cops are up in your ass constantly when you are breaking NO laws, you HAVE to document their harrassment.

  • @4theA you should get a PEN VID CAM, they take good video AND audio. These bastards need to be sued (actually they need MORE than that) for every frickin penny those assholes have...

  • @FelchBelcher @FelchBelcher Look, idiot. I didn't go to all the time to explain the situation *which you obviously didn't take the time to read before shooting off your uneducated mouth. CAN YOU READ? Then do it; your questions shall be answered.

  • cops are pigs. we out number them 1000:1

  • @paulleason Yes we do out number them but what does that mean? unless you're suggesting violence it really means nothing. Most people in this movement for rights and liberty are peacefull and want to regain the republic through peacefull means, now I hope that is possible because even though we out number them they have all the backing of the government which also means reinforcement by national guard,Watch Police State 2000,Police State 2 Police State 3 and 4 to get an understanding of what's up.

  • I live in plano, i have first hand experience to the corruption within the entire police department. 2 years ago a buddy of mine got caught with heroin, the cops sent him to a drug house to buy more as a c.i. When he returned they raided the house and charged him with another posession....also, i know of two cops personally that smoke weed and pass there random uinations ILEGALY (felony). And i could go on with stories from my buddy.

  • someone has sand in their vagina... god all she wanted to know if she could get her sign out of the road... *sigh*

  • If you didn't videotape you wouldn't be "assaulted". Yes it's in your right to do so, but it's also provoking a response. 1+1=2.

And the cop did not receive anything, they just say he did to get you left wingers off their backs. Fact of life. To top that off you wouldn't have had a case anyway.

  • @Justice1981 Since it IS my right to tape ANYONE in public, especially corrupt fascist cops, does that make assaulting or abusing a tax paying citizen in ANY way legal for a cop - i.e. CIVIL SERVANT? Last I heard, they serve US. Oh, I forgot - that was before fascism came to Amerikka.

Funny, we said WE got the cops off OUR backs with a letter from our attorney threatening to sue the Dept. and the City of Plano. They backed off overf*cking night. Cowards, as usual.

  • @4theA I doubt you would have the balls to say those words to a police officer. A person that risks his life daily to make sure you and your folks have less chance of something bad happening to you.

And newsflash: They sent you a standardized letter. Your lawyer is good in cashing your checks, but when push comes to shove he'll fold against impossible odds to save his own face. You are highly unlikely to win against the government.

  • @Justice1981 NEWS FLASH to YOU: My attorney believes strongly in what we do and the value of the fast disappearing Constitution, and he does all of this for FREE. Meaning he's never received a dime from any of us, he won't even take money when we offer!

  • @Justice1981 Au contraire, Justice. I DO tell cops exactly what I think every time they start in. We are lied to (cops feeling us out to find if we know our rights or not), threatened with bogus arrests, cited for bogus charges. I have offered my hands behind my back to be arrested to Sergeants trying to show off in front of their rookies, teaching them how to abuse American Citizens. Funny, I have never been arrested.

  • @Justice1981 All I see is them hassling people and writing tickets. I'm sure there are some good cops, somewhere, but those life or death incidents don't happen every day in Plano, so spare me the nausea. (I used to believe that - even idolized cops until I found out what they're really like). Big gun and badge, probably all were bullied in school, have huge egos hiding behind those items and now are the bullies. Without that gun and badge, well...

  • @Justice1981 swinging at somebody is still assault. Video cameras may be annoying, but no one has the right to try to knock it out of someone's hand. The cop is trained to handle stressful situations, why couldn't he control his anger when asked a simple question?

  • Hahahahhaha this is how you handle this situation!

    Check out these youtubes:

    RSU7rZSM968

    H2Zn7p7jbJE

  • He was an asshole. and may I ask was that first cop a woman or man

  • from what i heard the cops in plano are polite, this cop was way too rude, i guess i was told wrong

  • @falafel1860

lmao im sure the person who told you that was a wealthy 80 year old senior who donates to the ppd

  • I"m grateful for the protectors of citizens of the United States who by the way work for and answer to those same citizens, known as Police Officers. But a drawn line must be recognized and our protectors need to know we will defend our rights in case they are too cowardly to perform there duty and or duties that they have sworn to. Again a friendly reminder, We The People are the only reason police officers exist and get paid , and they work for and answer to the citizens. God Bless.

  • the police not directed at the law, but as humans seen so snug in their mistreatment of people, I wonder what will happen to them in the afterlife?

When they have to stand all alone and naked before the True Judge and Jury?

  • I hope you sued that lousey redneck and terroristic police.

  • I just found your postings. I agree with your motivation 10000% ! I am not sure if I can say the same of your tactics (nor am I saying I disagree with them just need to watch more vids and decide) I am assuming though nothing came of filing charges. I might see why he ran you off private property, but why would he care about you videotaping him ?

  • Thank you! It is not easy, but it's the only way we are going to keep what rights we have left. >:(

  • Good for you, you go girl, glad somebody is standing up for their rights somewhere

  • Rockyraccon: Your an idiot, she has a right to video tape. Its the 1st amendment. Stop being a brainwashed retard and learn your rights. Your the reason America is losing its constitution.

  • if a citizen did that to a cop, theyd prolly beat u and charge u with assault. no wonder no1 cares when a cop is murdered except other cops.

  • lol police are such a joke i hope you won

  • What a brave coward.

  • Looks to me like this entire incident was triggered by an attorney looking for a way to bait a police officer into aggressive behavior, thereby providing the attorney an opportunity to benefit from a lawsuit against the police department.

There's no defensible reason to open a conversation with a police officer while having your video camera in his face.

I'm completely on the side of the police officer in this incident.

  • FYI the reason we even have an attorney is because of the abuse of power and oppression against ANYONE who protests ANYTHING. Also, our attorney is the best guy in the world; he does it all PRO BONO. (Free). He has even paid court costs out of his pocket for us. He represents us because our civil liberties are being taken away and people like you who fight for NOTHING don't understand that. We're fighting for YOUR right to free speech also.

  • Indeed, that is assault but I do have to say that one bad apple does equal more bad apples.

  • That cop should go to jail. What a dick!

  • Officer 1367 can suck my dick. I'm about to move to plano, and he can just pray that he doesn't run into me in a dark alley.

  • wow, what a control freak

    security officer=his new job

  • that 1367 officer speaker needs to be fired for assaulting a citizen

  • He also needs to be convicted and fined...or maybe sentenced to perform community service, which he obviously isn't performing as a cop.

  • Guardian my ass. He had no reason to assault her you moron.

  • "Officer" Speaker is the single reason why people hate Texas. "Get that camera out mah faice." Go after the real criminals you hick, jerk. These are good people trying to do what's right...end systematic animal abuse by greedy idiots. Apparently this civil servant has no problem with animal OR people abuse.

  • Comment removed

  • Why do so many cops have chrome domes?

  • oh and one more thing. it is legal for you to video tape an individual in a public place as long as that person is not TARGETED because that his Harassment. And also you are not lawfully allowed to distribute the image of said individual without their approval....Unless it is released by a officer of the court or law.

  • Well, how do you feel about 3 phone calls an hour being lied to by the people picketing saying we were "in the street"? Isn't that illegal? No officer needed to make any "aggressive" actions, we were simply standing on a sidewalk holding signs. Not even chanting; totally silent. And you need to check your facts about videotaping.

  • You cannot SELL the image of the person without a release, but you can damn well distribute it. Just like this Youtube video. Was I in the least bit disrespectful? Unruly? No. I personally do not give a shit about what you think of us; just do your job right and uphold the Constitution you swore to when you were made an official cop. "To Serve and Protect". You didn't protect us and you didn't serve us. Or anyone else because there was no threat implied or carried out in any way.

  • lol you expect me to respect your opinion when you pop off at the mouth with vulgar language? You do not do yourself or your message justice by sounding ignorant. Why do people approach cops with cameras in hand? Almost always it's to stir up trouble and cause a scene. We see it coming and don't want to be a part of it but you the citizen we are choosing to protect and assist are forcing this officer into that scenario. Had you not had the camera I'm sure that scenario would have gone much

  • different but you don't consider that, or don't want to admit that it was juvenile and that you quite possibly could have been a mistake by you. I can tell your intentions were to cause trouble because you narrate the tape when not in contact with the officer.

  • Vulgar language as opposed to my civil rights being stomped on and assaulted? You expect me to respect YOU????? You're standing up for this crap. You weren't there for the previous conversation. We had so much harrassment by the Plano PD our lawyer told us to film everything to prove thier lies, including what the cops were saying. That's what lawyers are for. And, one letter from him to the Chief stopped the harrassment immediately.

  • As far as this statement goes you are again incorrect. I don't wish to debate the law with you as I'm sure you are not as versed in it as I am and you obviously have not been given the proper direction in how to research laws. You fail to understand that you are correct in it not being criminally unlawful but that does not discount civilly unlawful. If you insist on quoting laws and getting upset please do yourself a favor and make sure you have covered all your aspects.

  • Civilly unlawful? Guess what? Anyone with enough money to file a suit can sue anyone, including God. That is NOT a joke. Civil suits are not about the law, but a personal issue between two people. It certainly doesn't mean they win when the law is on your side which in this case it is.

  • What was the outcome of that incident? Did you file a complaint against the officer with the department? Did you seek criminal charges against the officer? What happened?

Also, I like your approach below where you said one letter to the chief stopped the harassment. Don't go to the lower level officers in the complaint department go straight to the top.

And keep on recording to let the public see just how our "public servants" treat the public...badly!

  • Thanks for your encouragement!

Right now, IA is "investigating". I really don't know what else there is to "investigate". If he is punished to my satisfaction, I may let it just stay on his record. If not, I'll file a civil suit. I delayed in formally reporting in order to get EVERY single utterance from this cop (including the previous run in a half hour before), plus I was very ill for about a month, so it didn't get filed until about 2 months later.

  • I'll keep you posted on the outcome. I'm not holding my breath; seems "Plano's Finest" aren't held up to any "Standards". Funny, IA in Plano is called "Professional Standards". WTF?

My wonderful atty. wrote to the chief of police and in no uncertain terms ordered the harassement stopped or a lawsuit with the entire dept. and the City of Plano. They opted for the latte, and we have since continued our peaceful protests without harassment. Thanks again. :)

  • IA's investigation will go nowhere...brother cops investigating brother cops. forget about it.

Sorry about your illness. Hope you are better now.

  • I know - it's a bunch of crap, but at least it will be on his record and YouTube for the rest of his career! And thank you for your well wishes. I'll post when I hear something, which should be soon... :)

  • Hi Ed :)

IA sent me a letter stating that his behaviour was not "within policy" and that he would be "reprimanded commensurate to his actions" which probably means he got a couple days off with pay. He's not worth my time, nor my attorney's so I decided not to file charges. We wouldn't have had to videotape every encounter with the cops had they done their job to "Serve and Protect". They protect corporate interests now, since corporations now buy and sell laws to suit themselves.

  • You people are ridiculous... Do I agree with the aggressive nature of this cop not exactly, but as a police officer myself I can say it's the people that left a few comments below that bring it to the point where we are required to act with more aggressive stance than the normal person. We don't deal with "nice" or "orderly" people for the majority of our duty so it's routine for us, when challenged to become aggressive it's how we control situations that get out of control.

  • Cop, if I want to film you, photograph you, or record you, I can do that while you are wearing your badge. You don't even have to be on the clock. I do not need to ask your permission. Why do you, a public servant, try to intimidate private citizens with your false information? Please respond.

  • I blocked this so called cop because he was NOT telling the truth about our rights and I want this to be an educational video. As far as photographing/videotaping, ANY PUBLIC PLACE is legal with or without their consent and it includes filming the police!!! It is very unfortunate that cops all over the country are abusing their limited power and stomping all over our Constitutional rights. The reason I taped him and the others is because of the constant harassment and lies from them.

  • With that attitude you obviously cannot handle being a police officer since you cannot control yourself. Resign.

  • There is some valuable video on YouTube by the "Anti-Terrorist" - I suggest everyone listens to this guy because he is explaining your Constitutional rights. You didn't get taught any of that in school, only the headlines and it goes much deeper than "free speech".

  • Cops are NO DIFFERENT than any other civilian, however they lie and often say you cannot legally tape them, and that's because what they're doing is wrong and they don't want it on tape when you make a complaint. It happens all the time. We get hassled at most every protest for every cause, police come up and start hassling us about where to stand, thinking we don't know our rights. Most people don't, it's true, so they lie to try and intimidate.

  • The law states that you can film anyone (including cops) with or without consent IN PUBLIC. That means even on private property such as shopping centers, malls, parking lots, etc. There is no "reasonable expectation of privacy" in these places. Now, you can't go on somebody's home property and film through their windows, because that's not in public, see?

  • Did the first officer give a concent to enter the private property with the camera? If so then can the second one not give you one? Interesting.

  • @PiercingKnight Interesting indeed. The first officer would not answer the simple question but instead directed the citizen to the officer on the private property. Seems like a little bit of entrapment there.

  • You are allowed to record any government official on duty or off duty as long as your on public property.

  • I do everything I do within the law and on the advice of my attty. who specializes in Constitutional law. What that officer did is illegal. Educate yourself, you just made yourself look even more ignorant than your spelling. Or lack thereof, I should say.

What if you were protesting something you felt strongly about and were assaulted while trying to work with the police who are, BTW, sworn to uphold the Constitution? How would you feel then? America, home of free speech? Right.

  • "U' are an idiot. First, learn how to spell the English language. Secondly, it is TOTALLY legal to film ANYONE, including cops in a public area (indcluding being on private property such as a shopping center) without their consent, ESPECIALLY on the advice of your atty. because you are being hassled unlawfully by the police. Look it up in a law book or ask the Supreme Court..

  • I may disagree with why you were protesting, but that cop needs to be fired. He needs to lose all pension benefits and he needs to spend several years in gen pop in Huntsville.

  • What was the outcome of the assault charges against this "officer"?

Hope you voted for Ron Paul.

  • Wow that's astounding. Thank you for your dedication. I'll continue to turn out at Petland on Saturdays.

  • Stupid fucking cop.

  • What a dickhead.

Thanks for exposing this pig on YouTube. The more citizens who understand that the pigs are NOT there to "serve and protect," the better.

Also, I encourage you to take whatever legal action you possibly can against that sociopath.

  • C.O.P.S...With the badge on their chest. They're wanting to oppress the people with less. These men are armed and dangerous, the boys in blue. So you better watch out or they're going to shoot you.

  • Why did I ask "permission" to get a sign that blew into the road out? Click on "more info" at the top right under 4theA for the story. Ridiculous!
