It's supposed to be in the back of the VENT room, opposite of where you enter the vent. Also when you got the achievements, did you get an ending? Because you also need to get an ending. Read some of my first reply's for a better detailed explanation.
it does but my cuzin came over the day i get the achievement and i had 1hp left and he said to look at the comp screen and then i look back and im dead do i have to do that all over again then get a ending?
If you did it and saved, before getting killed then just load your saved game where you saved and get an ending. But if you saved BEFORE you got the achievement(s) then you might have to do them again THEN get the ending from your save point.
hey sadistic can you tell me ? are you not allowed to save to get the 7 day suvivor achievment or can you save on unlimeted mode reply please it would make a big difference for me
You can't save in 7 day survivor. Look up a 7 day survivor guide on the gamefaqs boards. I myself didn't have enough patience for that achievement. And that was my peak achievement whore days.

Capture card is like a graphics card for your PC but it has video input so you can put TV or Xbox on your computer to record it. There is this other thing though called Hava which I think is cool as it lets you pass the Component video straight through it so you can play normally on your TV or Monitor and then it sends the video signal through the network for you to record it. Check out MyHava if you're interested.
Its in the security room in the back when you beat otis, you have to start a new game but not completely new, just as if you are starting new but keeping ur health upgrades, and levels, also when you got the genocide achievement, you had to finish the game, it doesnt matter what ending just as long as you finished it.
Obtain the Punisher Achievement by defeating 10 psychopaths, or bosses throughout the game. You will know you defeated a psychopath when you earn a "defeated psychopath" message after a boss battle. But remember the raincoat guys don't count guys.

As soon as The achievement " Zombie Genocider " Pops up, make sure to get an ending ( pass the game if you want ) and when you start a continued game and look at the floor near the air duct where otis is, it will be on the ground.. hope this helps!
I think this is a term for just the achievement because my items arent Unbreakable either, everyone has this problem, the unbreakable achievment does not make your items unbreakable... It sucks I know.. =(
You just have to make sure that you kill every single boss in the game, go to gamefaqs dot com and check out the dead rising page and it should tell you a walkthrough or something and it should also show some videos on youtube of all the psychopaths... hope that helps!

Do them when you know you wont miss a mission that you HAVE to do because I know there are some missions that you DONT have to do.. but some you have to do or... you fail and the game ends if you have 17,000 already with brad, just do a couple thousand in between before missions start and end... just be careful not to miss anything important

how much ammo does it carry when you first get it, is it a good boss killer, can you restock the ammo when it runs out and are the phycopaths (the ones that you have to kill) bosses because i've killed 10 raincoat men and got nothing
Ammo carries 300 , yes you can restock when it runs out in the security room. And the rain coats do not count as psycopaths, ( for the achievement nor the bonus stuff bro )

Sadly it only has 300 shots. But all enemies die with one, and all bosses with 1-3 shots... so you can go through the game with about 60-100 still remaining.
Well the good part is that even if you do run out of ammo from the Real Megaman Blaster , it always returns/respawns back at the same place which is in the back of the security room. So if you decide to take that path and just screw around, you can just go back for some more ammo or a complete new blaster.
Actually I should probably put a video up showing how to do genocider easily instead of running around the mall killing zombies since if you do it that way you wont have enough time before the time ends for the game. The way I did it quick was run over zombies in the maintenance tunnels with the cars and trucks.

Start a new game after you have gotten those achievements and they will all be there in the security room depending on what you went for.

but you need to kill 999 zombies and it will hold rapid fire and infinite abilities if this no work you need to get all acheivments too
