I remember crying when this happened--crying b/c I was shocked and pissed off. The only three singers I remember seeing on American Idol that I hear of/listen to are Carrie Underwood, Chris Daughtry and Adam Lambert. I don't watch the show anymore. I mean really it got down to everyone was watching it because they wanted to see what Simon would say and once he left psh there was no reason anymore.

@supfoolzitsbo if your a Chris Daughtry fan, thank your lucky stars he didn't win; because American Idol has done nothin but keep the winners from being more successful than the guys who didn't win.....that contract that the winners get is basically the kiss of death.....only Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood have been able to dodge the K.O.D (David Cook and Jordin Sparks still pending)......but Chris got the winner's exposure without the K.O.D contract....
