The transition for a female to male, hormone wise, is much more drastic than male to female. This is due to the nature of the development of the male body during puberty. Many time it's easy to pick out a male who has transitioned to a female. But when a female transitions to a male with hormone treatment, as you can see hear, it's almost impossible to tell.
