1. Yes you can move any part of the UI easily you dont need to edit the code in any way manually todo this!
2. I am not 100% sure on this but it does have an option to change text placement so yes, It would be possible i think.

Just curious, i was possibly wanting to try out LUI out, but i was wondering, is it possible to :
1. move the health/mana frames to the normal UI place up in the upper right
2. where it has the % of HP on the bars for you, can you have the actual number there instead of below the bars?
