@revroseb1 You're partially correct. The prophets were given divine wisdom & knowledge to warn GOD's people, both HIS chosen Israel & those who bowed to the false gods of this world. It was the astrologers, astronomers, magicians, sorcerers, & Chaldeans who are considered "wise men" (psychic) (ref.: 1 Samuel 15:22-23; Daniel 1 & 2; Matthew 2), the "gift of Tongues" isn't gibberish, it's clearly understood by all through the HOLY SPIRIT (ref.: Acts; 1 Corinthians). When you say remove all finger/wrist jewelry, what about items that have a very significant piece that you never take off because it has a connection to a deceased family member? Thanks and Blessings!

My best response would be to leave that piece of jewelry on and before doing your work place your intentions to the spirit of the deceased and ask that they not influence your energy at this time. Also some spirit energy that does come through you may be of help rather than hurt. Or you could take that piece (if it is a ring) and place it on a chain or rope on your neck so it won't be too close to your hands. Hope this helps. Love and Light
