  • What kind of abandoned building did this fan came from?

  • @Daconthocon78 Some kind of small shop that were specialized in Polish meat.

  • What was the original color?

  • @Daconthocon78 Well you saw it in the before picture. Why do you ask stupid questions all the time?

  • @Jean2291 IDK

  • Do you know whether this fan is also named Envirofan. Because most Banvil industrial ceiling fans are Envirofans.

  • @kevlan22 It's only labled Banvil.

  • Dear santa,........

  • I have 1 of those

  • How come all your fans are insanely powerful?

  • @SaucyPro Because I collect mostely 1980s ceiling fans and at that time most of ceiling fans were very well made, with big motor so very powerful.

  • Very powerful! But whats up with the brass canopy on the ceiling next to the fan? Good vid.

  • Jean2291 Banvil Silver Line but the motor shape is a little bit different then the ones I have seen. cool videos!!!!!!!!!!.

  • @aussieblakey The blades on the fan are perfect, I bent them back. Apparently you did not watched the entier video. You can clearly see that the thing is wobble free.

  • @aussieblakey Oh I know you were being nice but the blades on it are really fine. When it spins fast and you look at the blades from the side and you notice it may go a little bit more up and down its actually totally normal. This one is actually almost prefect. I have other fans that are a LOT more wonky than that when they spin and they don't always wobble that much. Its almost impossible to have the blades PERFECTLY streight.

  • whats with the fan speed control on the ceiling near the ceiling fan

  • @alarm610 Because I did not had extra long wires when I filmed this but if you watched my latest video you saw that I now have long wires enough to have the control on the wall.

  • Stuff from th 80's always work better.

  • The hum you mentioned is something all industrial ceiling fans have. I have heard Banvils, Canarms, and one other company and they all hummed.

  • Its actually very quiet, I said that because its not perfectly 100% quiet of course not but MUCH quiter than if it was on a variable speed control.

  • Very Nice!

  • I saw your posts about this on DT, you did a great job of repainting and restoring it. It looks like you got the blades in good symmetry, it runs pretty smooth on the higher speeds.

  • Thanks for commenting.

  • Jean that is a nice fan. Is it me or are the blades bent.

  • Well the blades are curved up at the tip which is normal to the fan. Those blades have a really unique and intresting curve to them but its normal to the fan. Its made like this.

  • Okay thanks for replying. Jean I'm not really a ceiling fan guy but I like the Banvil ceiling fan. I like because it spins so fast.

  • Dang, that thing is FAST. Really nice job with the paint.

  • Thanks.

  • I have a question cxan you trade ceiling fans?
