Completely agree with you Pwn. The game caters for unskilled players far too much. In my opinion the flaws seem intentional to increase sales. I mean dead man's hand...It's just a joke. The amount of times I die from actually being out played by someone are just too slim to enjoy the game. However, I do look forward to the next call of duty. MW2 and 3 have been horribly noob friendly, but and an improved version of black ops...now that sound like my kind of game.

CoD games have went downhill after the release of MW2 with all of its glorified.. happenings.. and has yet to have that really fun factor since WaW. I cant play MW3 seriously anymore.. I like mw3 because it's fast pace and there are a bunch more kill steaks and its the challenge that makes it fun and the type 95 isn't op it's just overused like the striker
@zachchen1 I like mw3 (not love it) but ur a fucking retard. neither of those guns are even used that much anymore and theyre op. i used the striker and the type 95 before ppl figured that out and they are just way to ez to use. striker kills 2 shots at way to far away and the type 95 is better in all ways compared to the m16.. there is no downside to using it. and it kills in 1 burst almost every time and has no reciol and reloads fast. no drawbacks = op
I can still find ways to enjoy it but it's not nearly as fun as other titles. I don't agree with what they've done because I started CoD as a 0.62 k/d player in mw2. I didn't need them to make an easier game with bullshit OP crap in order for me to buy it so I don't see why they put that crap in the game. Now I'm pulling 1.95 but I had more fun getting 0.62~1.01 in mw2 then I do putting up better scores in such a cluster fuck of a game

for prestiges i went to 7th on mw2, i went to 9th on b ops, and i am at 1st on mw3 and i got it release day. Its just not easy to do gaming marathons, and its just boring. Idk why, but it just lacks some unexplainable pizazz.

@everyone6011 no it's not, call of duty was in its prime in the early years of mw2. It could have been the greatest CoD ever, until people began to exploit it, and infinity ward did nothing to fix it. Sure it had problems before OMA tubes overtook it, but it was actually not age breaking, like the problems in mw3.

No Cod pissed me off more than MW2, I can put up with this one no problem but when I used to play MW2 there was such an excessive use of noob tubes it wasn't even worth playing. I think MW3 has been a huge improvement on MW2, but your right they should continue to update it.

you should keep in mind that the bad players (noobs) try to get a feel for the game. my thoery is that the noobs to this game will might start out with the support strike package and work their way up to the other strike packages. so they might not just stay on support.

There's no maps like Shipment or Nuketown or Firing Range. Hell they don't even have any maps like Asylum from WaW! Ya maybe Arkaden but thats not that point! PLUS the spawns are twice as bad! And on the topic, I extremely dislike MW3. It still has that COD addiction, but it is so inconsistent. I have zero faith in my shot, because I constantly shoot first and get some hitmarkers and then IMMEDIATELY die. I am ecstatic when I get a Predator missle. Being a 90% shotgun user (a hardcore rusher, usually SMG's in previous titles), I make it my business to try and outwit and flank my opponents (which I can't really do because there is no Marathon). I shoot people in the ass with a 12

I only play occasionally, I only play with friends so I have someone to talk to, and I made a concious effort to keep my K/D around 1 (after playing the game for a week and seeing how it was) so I wouldn't give a shit about stats. Ever tried using nothing but Akimbo Desert Eagles in this game? Pretty easy to lower your K/D. As of right now, I have 4 Days and 1 Hour of playing time, and probably won't break 6. COD might be KIA for me...

@peaceworld0 I don't like using cheap tactics because I don't feel satisfied. Anyone can go 50-1 using the the type 95 or akimbo fmg9 its not rewarding at least for me anyways. When you scores like that with a sniper rifle, LMG, shotgun etc it feels much more rewarding, when you go 50-1 using a sniper rifle it feels really good. And no I will never resort to cheap tactics and don't lie we have all been killed by dead man's hand, last stand and deathstreaks in general its a common annoyance.

I was playing mw3 last night,on a 23 kill-streak,and I was killed by someone with dead man's hand. The disc is still sticking out my drywall... How can a game like cod4,with far less funding,be perfect. When a game with a blank check fucks up so royally?
In my opinion support streaks make the game more interesting to beginners and get the skilled players off their: Ow, i got a easy 50 kill game. This game is more of a challenge than the other COD's where killstreaks were overpowered to beginners. Now they have a weapon too. If u can't deal with that you should stick to Black Ops and MW2. I like to rush for instance and play with counter uav-advanced uav-emp to stop the really skilled players from getting killstreaks that kill me over and over.
I've managed to adapt to this game to the point where I can get similar scorelines to Black Ops, but I can't rush nearly as hard. In Black Ops you could turn on people etc., but on this game unless the enemies are completely clueless they'll just shoot you in the back from their corners. Kill Confirmed really is this game's saving grace, I hope they bring it back.
Basically, they've made the game too easy. I want skill, not luck, to be the deciding factor.

CoD games have went downhill after the release of MW2 with all of its glorified.. happenings.. and has yet to have that really fun factor since WaW. I cant play MW3 seriously anymore.. And I have just over 2 days played while BF3 is always fun and hasnt pissed me off to the point of gratuitous violence. Runner out.

@zachchen1 I like mw3 (not love it) but ur a fucking retard. neither of those guns are even used that much anymore and theyre op. i used the striker and the type 95 before ppl figured that out and they are just way to ez to use. striker kills 2 shots at way to far away and the type 95 is better in all ways compared to the m16.. there is no downside to using it. and it kills in 1 burst almost every time and has no reciol and reloads fast. no drawbacks = op

I can still find ways to enjoy it but it's not nearly as fun as other titles. I don't agree with what they've done because I started CoD as a 0.62 k/d player in mw2. I didn't need them to make an easier game with bullshit OP crap in order for me to buy it so I don't see why they put that crap in the game. Now I'm pulling 1.95 but I had more fun getting 0.62~1.01 in mw2 then I do putting up better scores in such a cluster fuck of a game

It could have been the greatest CoD ever, until people began to exploit it, and infinity ward did nothing to fix it. Sure it had problems before OMA tubes overtook it, but it was actually not age breaking, like the problems in mw3.

you should keep in mind that the bad players (noobs) try to get a feel for the game. my thoery is that the noobs to this game will might start out with the support strike package and work their way up to the other strike packages. so they might not just stay on support.

I agree! This game sucks ass! Your dead on with all the ways to die and all the strike packages. Another thing is that maps r god awful. None are fun! There's no maps like Shipment or Nuketown or Firing Range. Hell they don't even have any maps like Asylum from WaW! Ya maybe Arkaden but thats not that point! PLUS the spawns are twice as bad! Also you should do a damn tutorial on how to get a Juggernaut and how not to get killed from behind by some guy with fng9's!

And on the topic, I extremely dislike MW3. It still has that COD addiction, but it is so inconsistent. I have zero faith in my shot, because I constantly shoot first and get some hitmarkers and then IMMEDIATELY die. I am ecstatic when I get a Predator missle. Being a 90% shotgun user (a hardcore rusher, usually SMG's in previous titles), I make it my business to try and outwit and flank my opponents (which I can't really do because there is no Marathon). I only play occasionally, I only play with friends so I have someone to talk to, and I made a concious effort to keep my K/D around 1 (after playing the game for a week and seeing how it was) so I wouldn't give a shit about stats. Ever tried using nothing but Akimbo Desert Eagles in this game? Pretty easy to lower your K/D. As of right now, I have 4 Days and 1 Hour of playing time, and probably won't break 6. COD might be KIA for me...

@peaceworld0 I don't like using cheap tactics because I don't feel satisfied. Anyone can go 50-1 using the the type 95 or akimbo fmg9 its not rewarding at least for me anyways. When you scores like that with a sniper rifle, LMG, shotgun etc it feels much more rewarding, when you go 50-1 using a sniper rifle it feels really good. And no I will never resort to cheap tactics and don't lie we have all been killed by dead man's hand, last stand and deathstreaks in general its a common annoyance.

I just don't use the type 95 and akimbo fmg9s because they are OP like I said before I don't like using cheap tactics. From the way your talking it seems like your the type of person who runs around using akimbo fmg9s or uses the type 95 religiously. But we all have different play styles and my "happy go lucky tactics" have been very successful.

In my opinion support streaks make the game more interesting to beginners and get the skilled players off their: Ow, i got a easy 50 kill game. This game is more of a challenge than the other COD's where killstreaks were overpowered to beginners. Now they have a weapon too. If u can't deal with that you should stick to Black Ops and MW2. I like to rush for instance and play with counter uav-advanced uav-emp to stop the really skilled players from getting killstreaks that kill me over and over.

I've managed to adapt to this game to the point where I can get similar scorelines to Black Ops, but I can't rush nearly as hard. In Black Ops you could turn on people etc., but on this game unless the enemies are completely clueless they'll just shoot you in the back from their corners. Kill Confirmed really is this game's saving grace, I hope they bring it back.
Basically, they've made the game too easy. I want skill, not luck, to be the deciding factor.
