IMHO, I believe the true star on this CD is Orrin Evans and the sound engineer. They do an excellent job. The sound selection is awesome. 1 st part of the CD for non-jazz aficionados, second part for hard core jazz enthusiasts. As a trumpet player myself I think Mr. Jones playing is just icing on a HIGH QUALITY piece of cake. I look forward to "The Look Within" because I am curious to see what he will find. Rarely can artist be honest with themselves will this be reflected in song ?
