yes I was in the Coast Guard and I have heard him many times. His body language does say were screwed, also why is he not in uniform I have never seen him out of uniform before.

Regarding him not being in uniform,he was recently retired.

He had that obama style public speaking always making you feel better after speaking no matter what the issue is. I have never seen him like this. Heck I thought for a moment he was going to have a stroke or heart attack.

I'm no shrink,but this guy's movements and speech looks like he learned that the results of the sonar mapping mission ended up with an "Oh shit!" discovery.

What supports that theory is that they suddenly halted the valve closing/pressure testing mission which is what the entire new BOP device was designed for.

This guy is such a colossal "putz".... he's a "Jargon Junkie"... he gets off on using technical terms. I've worked in science all my life, I understand everything he says and realize that most lay persons don't. He likes to play that game... those kind of people hide the truth behind the jargon.
