  • badass motherfucker, best vid ever, fukn brilliant

  • Good video!

  • Don't get the gloves inside the house.

  • Really enjoyed the vid. Keep making them, your a natural at it. So many of these guys on the tube need to give it up. They totally suck at doing videos. I have to go through about 200 vids before I find one that interests me. Get into Firearms training. You would be VERY good at It. Put ya on my favorites!

  • Thanks for the video, I kept it as a favorite for refersher/reacclimation info. I am a new subscriber, I like to review what others have learned. e.g. I carry a knife as well, I carry the knife on the same side as the firearm, opposite side carry (as I am semi-ambidexterious) seems very logical, I may carry a knife on each side as the need arises. keep safe and again, thanks for the videos...

  • MARGATE, Fla. -- After the arrests of two imams of South Florida mosques on allegations that they helped the Pakistani Taliban, those who know the two men spoke out about them Saturday.

Hafiz Muhammed Sher Ali Khan, 76, and his sons, Irfan Khan, 37, and Izhar Khan, 24, have been arrested. Hafiz Khan is the imam at the Miami Mosque, also known as the Flagler Mosque. Izhar Khan is an imam at the Jamaat Al-Mu’mineen Mosque in Margate.

  • so epic

  • OSAMA BIN LADEN IS DEAD!!!!! YEAH!!!!

  • I just happened across your video while looking for some concealed carry techniques. I have had my license since 2005 and love it, such a good piece of mind to have. Anyways, your video is outsatnding, thank you so much for posting it, are you ex- military or police by chance? You sure look like it!

  • Love the videos man, keep em coming! I bought a DPMS 308 and 45 auto pistol and came across the video looking for a video to take it apart the 308. The tips are good info as well....many are ready to fight after 9/11 and the things going on today in the USA. Thanks for your part in our national security, just educating what I call blind Americans that have reliezed fun time is over and time to stand up as our fathers have done before. Keep em comin man :)

  • good video brah..

  • another nice video from you. good info.

  • Thanks for the good instruction!

  • Nice going Bud!! I like you, your real and an honest person. I enjoy your movies on self defense and if your training saves my life then it was not a waste of time.

  • Awesome video man, when I saw it it reminded me I haven't practice my draw in a while and the part about the scan after the shot will now be part of my standard practice. Keep up the good work and as always GO BLUE

  • is this tool time? just asking...

  • i carry on my left belt waist inisde clip on swivle pad for easier concealment and its fast to reach gunslinger style bitch!

  • I had trouble with the audio on my speakers, but you have some of the best techniques that I have seen on the subject of CCW here on You Tube. You are damn good at what you teach. Thanks for taking the time out of you life to help others like me learn how to CCW!

  • pants on the ground holster

  • good shit man

  • and ?

  • Comment removed

  • "oh fine man, take mah cell phone, take mah cell phone...."

    XD

  • good stuff, thanks...always carry!!!

  • Very nice, very nice. You're a great American. My hat is off....shoot often, shoot straight.....

  • NOT. Wanna-be

  • @SwingLeft Shut your pie-hole. No one asked you.

  • Great video, btw your technique with an IWB holster I believe is called "The Virginia Tuck" I could be wrong but i think thats what its called. I also just took my CCW class, im waiting on Oakland County to get mine thru, LOL. Once again excellent vid.

  • Informative video. Being new to CCW I'm still experimenting with how best to carry. Although I currently carry inside the pocket, I'm leaning towards inside the pants and your video was helpful. And I actually laughed the FIRST time you mentioned the Russian Trampolinest pulling off your coat :- >. Please keep up the good work.

  • excellent video, you know a lot. thanks for sharing

  • good tips, really liked it

  • how often do you carry?

  • Is that a .45 in my pants or am I just happy to see you?

  • Hey, I had a question thought, that in the pants holster looked very nice, but is it secure? Also, you say you lift the shirt and tuck into your pants when you are BMXing, doesn't the law require EITHER FULLY visible or FULLY concealed?

  • I have a inside the pants holster on all of my firearms I carry concealed. They are pretty secure, depending on the manufacturer. There are two types, buttons and clips for belts. It's a personal choice and style on how you carry. Personally, I carry outside the waistband because I carry while working.

Law wise, I don't know your state so you will have to look up the laws. I've never heard of such a thing, but could be wrong.

Send me a PM for more information.

  • must be nice to be able to just walk out in your yard and shoot without commiting any gross misdemeanors or felonies.....damn city disadvantages...damn range doesn't allow from holster practice...what good is it you can't practice firing from holster???? stupid range! must have been some idiots shooting their leg or the ground.

  • This video was very informative. Excellent tips.

    thanks

    mark

  • Are you talking about his sidearm?

Cause Open Carrying makes the situation go from unsuspicious thug who thinks you're easy target "Give me your wallet " to alerted thug going "Give me your wallet AND your gun"

  • @JackSReaper Open carry is a deterrent. There have been many recorded cases in the past few years where attempted robberies (banks, restaurants) were aborted when the bad guys saw the OCer. They do not want a fair fight. No thug is going to pull a weapon on somebody openly armed.

What OC is not is low profile...you are going to stand out because nowadays most people don't do it. Each person has to judge his own security requirements.

  • @RWT683 no thug is going to pull a weapon on someone openly armed??? um ok... they pull weapons on police officers (who they know and expect to be trained) what makes you think they wont pull one on you?I'm all for concealed carry or open carry.... but don't be foolish to think your safe just having it, it can deter crime, it can also make you a target as your seen as an immediate threat. having it is one thing. knowing how to safely and effectively use it is another.

  • @glockfan5193 Police have an obligation to pursue and arrest violent felons -- I do not. Yes somebody might pull a gun on a cop to avoid 25 to life behind bars. Very few people not under the influence of drugs are going to pull a gun on a potential crime victim who is openly armed when they can simply pick another target or locale.

I agree OC draws unwanted attention in some areas so CC is easier, like I said it depends on your environment. A CC almost all the time but no because I prefer it.

  • @glockfan5193 By the way I agree just having a gun doesn't make you safe. 99% of defense is alertness and avoidance. For the other 1%, there are only a very small number of scenarios where you could legally use a gun . Therefore I do not begrudge people who don't carry. As for me, I have the right so I say why not?

  • @RWT683 remember the best thing to help you win a fight is the element of surprise. when you o/c you give up that very powerful effective tool that may have bought you an extra 30 seconds to evaluate the situation and get in a good position to take on the threat. when you o/c the thug has the element of surprise and the time to evaluate you. this could make you their main focus of attention until they disarm you, or they could simply wait till you leave, or just shoot you. be smart, be safe.

  • @glockfan5193 "Element of surprise" is a tool for the attacker only. As the defender you will necessarily be reacting, you will not have "surprise," rather YOU will be the one surprised! The best thing to help you win a fight is not to get into one. If you already have a gun pointed at you, drawing a concealed gun would be pretty stupid unless you're about to be executed anyway. With OC 99% nobody would pull a gun on you to begin with.

  • @RWT683 In a situation where you are a bystander or 3rd party, OC may indeed force you to get involved, whereas with CC you MIGHT be able to retreat. But I think we disagree on the willingness of the typical "homeboy" to put his life on the line when he sees there's an equal chance he could be the one blown away.

  • Great video man! I really enjoyed what you had to say. It makes sense in real life situations. Keep up the great work.

  • nice vid man, i like the distraction part at the end, i never thought about that and I can really see it working..

  • Mike I think you should become a ccw instructor. People here in N.C. get anywhere from $50.00 to $175.00 to give people classes for their ccw. You could do a lot of firearm instruction classes and make some decent money. You have the smarts and definitely the talent think about it doing something you like and making money.

  • very useful ,thanks for your time.

    watched it 3 times.

  • some good advice to c.c.w. holders. one other thing that should be mentioned is that constant practice with your firearm is a must to improve accuracy and "feel for the gun." ive carried concealed for two years now and i picked up a few things. thanks for the great video!

  • Just a note, in many states (like PA), open carry is legal. So you don't ALWAYS have to be worried about concealability.

  • In Mississippi its "legal" too, but the problem is that you can get into trouble for disturbing the peace and such if someone calls the police saying that there is a man walking around with a gun. Yea a bunch of crap but I guess a concealed handgun gives you a bit of a tactical advantage over open carry anyway.

  • Did you take formal defensive pistol training or did you come up with this stuff on your own? Either way, thanks for the video.

  • Hey I see your a fellow Michigander. I go to Target Sports at 12 1/2 Woodward do you know of a better range? BTW I cant find a Glock 26 or Springfield XD 9mm subcompact anywhere around here. Do you know where I can find one?

  • Well I'm over in Lenawee County MI and I shoot at the Lenawee County Convervation league. Your way over past Detroit and the only good shooting club I know close to you is the Try-county Sportsman's league , thats over in Saline I think on Moon road and still a nice little drive for you. Just look up there website for more info about that club.

Just about all Glocks and SpringField XD's , along with pretty much all other handguns are on backorder right now.

  • Thats cool seeing fellow michigan residents on here, I'm from the metro detroit area. I just recently turned 22 and purchased my first handgun a S&W M&P 9mm compact. Can't wait to take the ccw classes.

once again like I said in an earlier comment thanks for all the vids, great information

  • and gtnaa looking for a good range I like firearms exchange on schoolcraft between middlebelt and merriman. check it out you may like it

  • I shoot @ Double action in madison heights, target sports i heard is meh, ever since some guy comitted suicide there a bit ago.

  • Comment removed

  • Exceedingly well done! I'm an old vet, spent much time in the Middle East, carried concealed. Way to go!

  • Thank you Sir

  • just a thought, but I practice side stepping to my left just because most people are right handed which means that most people will tend to shoot low and to their left. just something I practice doesn't mean that I still won't get shot, good stuff, enjoy your vids

  • Nice. Thank you for the time you spent making these. :o)

  • Are you from michigan? because I see in an earlier comment you mentioned something about the open carry laws in michigan. I'm from michigan, and am getting ready to take my CCW classes in the next couple of weeks.

anyways great videos, they are very informative

  • Yep I'm a Michigan Yankee , lenawee county MI here.

Thanks for showing your support man

  • you professionally trained or just a badass?

  • either way he's a badass de908

  • hmm very true...

  • lol thanks guys

  • that sidestep is siiiiiick

  • lol Whoever goes for YOUR wallet is in deep shit. Very informative bro, I like your videos a lot you cover every aspect.

  • Thanks for the support goOfy.

  • Thank you very much for this and your other videos. You really can explain things so everyone understands

  • Great Video!! the info was good stuff i will priactice for sure. This is the kind of stuff that will save a person's life when things go bad. Keep up the good work.

  • this is great stuff thanks for the information sir

  • No problem man , thanks for watching.

Tell me man " How does the glock feel and shoot being a lefty shooter? ( As in do the controls get in your way when shooting , stuff like that )

I only ask cause I get lefty shooters asking about the glocks all the time and being a righty I simply do not know.

  • Well ya know, I actually use the slide release with my thumb, and the mag release with my index finger. It took a little practice but like everything it is now second nature. Some specifics are hard to locate, but lefties like myself are used to living in a right handed world.

I would suggest renting the glocks out and if it is something they cannot adapt to, i would look into S&W M&P. It has the ambidextrous features and changeable back straps for divine comfort.

    Thanks for the vids!

  • I like the music. From the Greatest Documentary ever filmed! Hey Kicked..are you an NRA instructor or something? You seem to know quite a bit and judging from your action videos you seem wll practiced.

  • Thanks man.

No I'm just a normal guy that enjoys shooting , I shoot a nice chunk of competition in the summer and thats most likey why it looks like its will practiced.

  • OMG ROFLMAO, 8:48 "here take the phone" great vids

  • Very instructive! Thanks.

Maybe you should have a Basic Defensive CCW Tips & Tricks Part 2 to include those other few things you wanted. The blooper was funny!

  • Nice. Thanks for the info.

  • i keep mine under my hat

  • Your videos are great man...and very informative keep up the good work!!

  • 5 stars and my subscription, excellent video. Just sent you a pm as well. Thanks.

  • hey kickedintheballs2000 wut do you think about Open Carry?

  • well actually wut im trying to say is that...

in my state it is legal to conceal and open carry... so which should i do is conceal better then open or open better than conceal which do you prefer?

  • Yes I know just what you mean man.

In Michigan it is also not illegal to open carry ( 2 things to Note: A. Its not really legal or illegal " as in there really is not no laws saying you can or can't. B. Many local city laws can make it illegal to open carry ).

I feel if your going to open carry it should only be in groups of other people open carrying cause by open carry your firearm by your self , you pretty much have a 98% chance of getting stopped by the police.

  • Now don't get me wrong cause I like the idea of open carry but doing so by your self in most places and you'll most liikely have more problems then you solve.

  • Hi great video. I've been teaching unarmed self defence for the past 16 years and the principles you are applying to CCW, such as being passive and avoiding/ side stepping, moving out of the line of sight are absolutely spot on.

  • Thanks man.

  • so, do you know if you can get a ccw permit in illinois?

  • can not

  • just found out that now that pat quinn is governor he is going to try and appeal the ban, so as long as you take the class you can get a license.

  • CCW good tips, however the firing from the hip is bull unless you have a laser. Unaimed shots are dangerous for the average citizen considering that thier relitives will sue. We were taught make sure to have a cell with you if you CC call the cops the moment after if not sooner and lawyer up 1st before you talk!!!!!

  • Yes I see what you mean but this is why I feel that average concealed carry holders should practice this because with some practice shooting from the hip can be very fast and pretty darn accurate from about 5 yards in.

In facted many stages at a IDPA match will have a start from shooting from the hip & this practice can later help the shooter doing entering door way drills also.

But yes like you said one must account for every round that leaves his or her firearm.

    Thanks for watching

  • Really appreciate your time and effort...

I just bought a Bersa Thunder 380 also, mostly based on your review's. Love the gun, thanks for tip...

  • No problem man I hope you enjoy that firearm for many years.

Also maybe you should check out the Bersa Forum for more info on your new firearm , if you want theink just privite message me.

    Thanks for the support

  • Thanks for another informative video.

  • Russian trampolinists are notorious for ripping off coats

  • lol , its kind of a inside joke between me & Jim.

  • Great tips & advice, thanks!!!

  • Ncie technique at 8:40! Thanks once again! Great vid's! Appreciate it man!

  • damm man. where did you learn all those tecniques?

  • The side step works better when you identify the threats weak side and step to it. So a righthanded threat leveling a shotgun is weak on his right since they cant not pivot aim as well, while a right handed pistol would have a weak left side. The over/under compensation when a target moving to a weak side gives that target 1 to 2 seconds of aimed fire. Misdirection helps a lot. Work on draw firing from a laying down position and inside small rooms ,public bathroom, where most robberies occur.

  • any tips for left handers in terms of which brand of 9mm to buy. you mentioned that the beretta 92 was mabidextrous...is glock 17 ambidextrous?

  • I know the SA XD has ambidextrous mag release. Maybe check that too?

  • Damn your vids are so helpfull. All the questions i had were answered. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • No problem man , I'm glad I could help.

    Thanks for watching

  • A little extreme but good info.

  • tremendous vid, this will definately help my mom out on the job, home health care sounds pleasant but you never know who's house you're stepping into so i finally got her packing a piece, i turn 18 in 16 days and we're all getting CCWs then, pretty convenient since Indiana's option for a lifetime permit expires January 1st 2009, 125$ and im good to go for life, thanks again for the video

  • Great videos dude! I really enjoyed them, Keep it up!!!!!!

  • thanks for posting man. very knowledgeable, great advice. Hopefully these videos will help someone who is put into a confrontation.

  • Thanks man

  • "He's the boss, and you ain't shit."

    I love it.

  • nice video man, youre a lot better than most of the guys ive seen on here acting like they know what theyre talking about.

  • you're good at this, really. I'm considering a glock 23,ruger sr9 or a springfield xd.(9mm or .4)I like that you take it seriously.

  • Thanks man.

  • take the XD9. I've shot an SR9 and with WWB's it jammed every time I shot rapidly.

  • what type of ammo were you using?

  • your awesome man. your videos are awesome to. please keep them coming!!!

  • lol Thanks man.

  • Thanks. I just ordered a Blade Tech IWB. It's got some good reviews, so we'll see.

  • I can't remember if I've commented on this video, but you do an excellent job! Great techniques. What kind of IWB holster do you recommend for a Glock 27? Also, what kind of knife was that? Thanks.

  • Well I'm not to big on the holsters but the ones I used in this video was , 0ne is a simple uncle mikes inside the pants holster & the 2nd one is a uncle mikes paddel holster.

As for what I would recommend , well I don;t not want to recommend one cause finding a holster that works for you can be hard and everyones different.

  • I like nice cheap holsters for everyday carry other people like nice pricey holsters like , Smart carry , M-TAC/C-TAC , Blackhawk..... Some like holsters with retension , I feel since its conceal carry a good level 2 or 3 retension is not needed.

The knife is a Sheffield 3 inch

  • Cool video, thanks.

  • No problem thanks for watching.

  • listen dude, im from england were handguns are illegal. im fascinated with your videos. you have a very in depth knowledge of firearms and if you dont mind me asking, what background in shooting do u have?

i only ask this because i see elements of krav maga and special forces training in your movement. r u self taught? you could start a firearms self defense school and charge good money for that stuff!

    good luck with the work!!

  • Well let me first say thanks for the support man and I sorry to hear about handguns being illegal in your country.

I have no official Military/Police training ( Other then a CCW class & a Hunters safety class ) so yes you could say I'm more self taught then anything. I have learned most my info from reading , searching info online and afew great oldder guys teaching me at the range.

  • thanks for the speedy reply! you should be seriously thinking of opening a school with that stuff! good luck dude!

  • That would be my dream job.

  • Very cool man. I am a police officer and have to say that you are giving good advice. During the academy I was trained a bit differently but the advice and techniques you're giving are close enough and worthy of employing in life and death situations. Good job!

  • Thanks for the support man.

    Be safe out there

  • Great videos man, thanks for posting these.

  • i just found out Oregon allows concealed carry in places like colleges and public buildings...pretty cool...

  • Thank you,,,learning alot,just got my cc

  • you sir are one of the reasons the internet is good. Have you been able to get any sponsors? or anything sent to you? Or an invite to a trade show or anything?

  • No I have not but damn that would be sweet if I did. ( I can Dream )

    Thanks for the support man.

  • In my Kali training, when we do a side step we turn the heel of the lead foot of the direction we're moving sideways first before we move. If you're gonna sidestep to the right, you turn your heel is facing the direction your sliding to. It's difficlut at first but it lessens the chance of snaggind your foot on something. Great vid.

  • What holster(s) where you using? It had an audible "click" when holstered; Ctac? Serpa?

Thanks, very informative video, and you owe it to yourself to get a decent assisted knife, something like a Kershaw blur. :)

  • I think I was using just a simple Uncle Mikes inside the pants holster in is video.

    Thanks for watching man.

  • Dude, You're the man as usual. Keep the videos coming whenever you have time.

  • Accessability in regards to IWB vs. OWB is generally the same......it all depends on what your attire is.

In those examples you had a different mode of dress for each type of holster.

For a backup knife in a "gun grab" scenario, a small fixed blade works best....folders have proven to be pretty much useless in this regard in most cases.

  • Very nice video... you bmx too? so do i. once i turn 18 (or 21, i cant remember what it is in michigan) i am going to start concealed carrying. Right now i have 4 rifles, i just got into firearms in the last year. I think that the first pistol i will get is the bersa thunder 380, i watched your review on it and i like it a lot.

  • it's 21, bro...pretty sure thats federal law...

  • ahh, thanks.

  • hay bro i live in fresno ca i can by a ar15 +

m16 but the clip dont comoff. sad

  • Thanks for the reply; I currently carry a Kershaw(Ken Onion) spring assisted on my left side but when I pull it I have to rotate it in my hand before I can open it and don't feel I could do that in a high stress situation. If you get a chance I would like to see a pic of your knife and thanks for the led to (nutnfancy).

Thanks again man and keep your barrel hot.

  • Ya no problem man I'll send you a link of a pic of it.

I been think about checking out some of them spring assisted ones.

  • hey bro, i just actually brought a glock21sf brand new out the box and took it to shoot for the first time and i had a problem with the bullets not feeding on a few shots?? didnt jam but the slide just kept getting caught it seemed like on about 3 rounds??

do you know why that could be with a brand new gun, is there anything i can do??

  • I'm not to sure about the G21SF I have not shot one yet. Maybe check out the Glock talk forum and ask in there cause I'm sure someone in that forum will be able to help you.

And if all else fails you may have to take it back and get a new one )

sadly from time to time people do get lemons.

  • dontknow if its your gun.. mine shoots and loads fine ouit the box.. ill say wait untill u break it in and see whats up..

  • Check to make sure your thumb isn't hitting the slide stop under recoil

    common problem.

  • that was to ewik549.

also it could be bad ammo.

  • I looked through the comments and didn't see where anyone had asked what make and model knife you use in the video. I'm looking for a lite and easily concealable knife to wear on my weak side; preferably something with a sheath and clip on. Any suggestions?

    Thanks
