They did update the Chaos code. There are plenty of videos that show people using Chaos and attacking with him. You can even use his "Ex-Burst" Brink of Delusion.

It's fake, you can't play as Chaos. What you "Can" do, is buy him from PP store to BATTLE(Not play) but battle him! This is merely a hack. And yes, if you played FF1 you'd know that Chaos is Garland

Yeah you could buy him, but you can't PLAY as Chaos as shown in the video, you could only fight him as an opponent, thats why he said its a hack since thats the only way to play as Chaos
