@shadowcelibi actually there is a ROM that lets you choose between PAL and NTSC by pressing O or X when you start the CD or emulator. In this one, you can play with a fast Penta. You might want to use a NTSC-J (japanese) version, in which Penta also has maxed out stats.
I can't get a working PAL rom and Penta is screwed up in NTSC =_=
