Yep.. That's what it is.. It's the rule of the one with the biggest balls, the rule of the most daring, the rule of the fastest or the rule of the biggest car.. It's Africa and it also seems Addis has one of the highest car accident rates of Africa... which doesn't surprise me cause not only they drive pretty crazy but also the technical condition of lots of cars is rather bad..
I think they work better then here in Europe. I never have to look for more than one minute to find one, they all decorate their old Lada's nicely, being very proud on them, even if sometimes they hardly work, the're cheap and it's defenitely more safe then driving your own car in Addis...
