I agree, I use tweetdeck and digsby at the same time, tweetdeck has the convenience of updating Facebook and Twitter, while Digsby can IM, which is the only thing TD doesnt have
it's how much room is left basically. If you assign more API to recieving tweets rather then sending them, then your'll recieve tweets faster than you can send them.
This is awsome twitter is getting a bit inovative now twitter tbh could probably surpass Facebook or msn with the right add ons etc etc

You can only tweet so many times in a certain time period, that's the Twitter API rules.
