yeah bruce is an ungodly good singer but the way the band is playing "sort of" compliments the washboard vocals, i like this version a little less than the original version Iron Maiden did on their "Powerslave" album but who cares? it's a good song at any rate

I actually think Bodom's version is better, just because I believe Aces High is a song that shouldn't be used by heavier bands, and that Children of Bodom was able to pull it off even though it was heavier. There's just certain songs I believe are bad when used as death or black metal.
