That is some kind of hardwood man, looks like oak to me. Dry hardwood to boot, that makes it even harder to cut. I love stihls, I have 8 and I have 5 huskies too. Like em both but the stihls don't rattle apart as easily.
grow up???? any time any where bring cash.. i have taken it from a friend of mine who bought a 044 new. he was educated too.. you really dont know what the hell your talking about. there is no comparison between these two machines exept the 044 is a lot newer. i know stihl fans hate huskies and im sorry. it really dont cost that much more to go first class.. owned both.. husky rules.. period.
