Whenever Ricky talks in a soft voice, he's sweet, Ricky has a soft side to him. He also sounds like that when he said,"Lucy u look so beautiful, will u marry me?" In the Marriage License.

Ricky is sweet when he sings to Lucy like in the second season when she's pregnant & sings My Baby & Me & Dancing Cheek to Cheek. He also talks sweet when he talks in a soft voice like,"What's the matter honey?" "Honey, the Mertzes came up to see u." "Come on honey." "U know i don't love anyone else but u." Maybe Desi was sweet in real life. I've read some ppl say some of the actors weren't nice like Lucy, Vivian Vance & William Frawley.

Some ppl have said Lucille Ball was kinda mean in real life or it was just them, but she could've been a nice person too, some ppl are mean & nice at times. I love this episode it reminds me so much of my Mother and Father. I cry everytime I see Ricky dancing with Lucy, that is how my Dad use to dance with my Mom. What a beautiful episode........ I love it.... Lucy is so funny she wants to stay mad, but how could she resist this MAN :-)

When Ricky takes Lucy's hand to begin the dance, the transformed expression on her face always brings a smile and a tear to my eye. What a purely romantic sequence- couldn't get any better if it were a number in an MGM musical. And Lucy was a stateuesque vision in that beautiful black lace dress.

OMG...This is by far my most favorite I Love Lucy episode. Lucy is stunning in that dress and when he takes her hand and she rises to the dance floor...how romantic is that.
