i had the pocketsurfer 2 no video no sound trying to connect can take ages and the screen rez is rubbish, the fact you can buy them new now for less than £80 says it all

First of all great device very fast but has its downs. First of it's free for 1 year then you pay 40.00 for an other year for only 20 hours a month unless you got on a monthly data plan for 5.99 and if you want to use it outside the UK roaming charges will cost you a fortune like £16 an hour rip off!!

actually that is a lot cheaper than using a mobile phone abroad, and also it is cheaper than a phone becuase it does not pay per megapixel like a phone does. and if you are going abroad in a motorhome/caravan, u would need a really high tech satellite dish (expensive)

"no streaming video, or audio" and only 20 hours/month. Perhaps if this is business use that's fine, seems a little skimpy time wise to me though.

Also their website is a mess. All in all not the least bit impressed with whatever this is trying to be.

Am I afraid so. But Nokia is being retarted with their wi-fi only devices.

I think I ll get this one for now and hopefully one day Nokia understands what the mass market wants from an internet tablet
