  • Great video. I picked up some knife techniques. It just shows you that you don't really need much dialogue in a cooking video. So many chefs just state the obvious, like "I'm now putting the onion in the pan". Well duh.

  • It looks more delicious in the movie

  • @Flarpy123 You know a ratatouille originally is not supposed to look good or fancy it's just a stew of mix vegetables and it just tastes good! But like any french food it can be fancy like in the movie ;)

  • Done! It's wonderful! Thank you!

  • wheres the beef?

  • really bad techniques of this " chef" !!!! knife skills man!!!!

  • @pauloosorio and he cut the root end of the onion before the dice... not that I'm an expert, but it's slightly suspect especially seeing that white coat.

  • that rat in the movie made it much better

  • the one in the movie is better

  • C'est très basic

  • And the end... Salsa!!!

  • I am surprised that the Aubergines went in last! Possibly because the entire dish stewed for a long while which will render the cooking time of all the vegetables irrelevant. Ratatouille tastes great any which way! Thank you for the vid.

  • Finally the most genuine one....but your explenation kind of sucks...and that board...throw a clean wet towel below your board common....

  • your knife isn't sharp. why does your cutting board keep moving?

  • SO EASY!!!!
