All I can say is WOW!! How inspiring are these video segments!! Anyone who does yoga should definitely check this out...FINALLY we have a hot yoga DVD we can use in our homes. I went directly to the website to place my order and am extremely happy with it. So now when I can't get to a class at least I can keep up at home. You won't be disappointed!
