I wasn't aware that sweatpants, a T-Shirt, a Penn State hoody, and a baseball cap twisted is considered the uniform of a "low life gang banger thugster". Must be a lot of those at Penn State University when we raised $7,838,054.36 for kids just like Tucker, who are battling/battled Cancer. Have some respect.
