not true. although they are pretty much my favorite band, there are many similar sounding bands. the most similar is U2, which is the killer's biggest inspiration. thye decided to form a band when they saw u2 in vegas. also, they sound like the strokes alot of the time.

i love them too, but they dont exactly have the most origional sound in the world. :-)

They did bad at Glastonbury, they even admit it. But all there other performance's are amazing.

That's partly because so much of the Killers sound is underlying synthesizers and bass.

that never really matters when youre there though. take oasis for example. liam gallagher's voice has shot to hell but i saw them in december and they owned the world.

I think they sound terrible live. You can tell a band is good when their live version sounds very close to the recorded one. Unfortunately this cant be said for the killers. :(

If they were to play this song higher, Dave wouldn't be able to hit those notes on his guitar. I don't think Brandon'd be able to hit some of the notes, either. It's just hard to sing lower notes with a quick tempo.. not to mention, you have to sing loud too. lol
