You take way too much time with all the filler junk like the dramatic opening and just when I thought you were FINALLY going to mention something about the subject-basically ghost story-you throw in "hey Im on a trampoline, see?" Now I see why your videos are disliked.

You need to invert your formula for making these videos. Ur vid is literally on pause now(on trampoline) while I write this and Im not pushing play cause I know if you had something real/true to say it would of been said by now.
