  • If you hadn't commented on my page I would have never seen such a beautiful video! I saw your pic and was like "wow she's pretty" clicked on it and here I am....all teary eyed. This is just such a beautiful way to express beauty beyond the ingorance in this world

  • my little cousin is albino she is beautiful and i love her and treat her no different than anyone else she says she gets made fun of at school all the time and has thought of suicide because of it im glad i have a positive influence on her and now she has accepts that she is special and doesnt have to be ashamed of her color.

  • my son was born with albinism and no one was able to explain to me and my husband why.It wasnt until we saw someone in genetics that we were givin some what of an explanation. my son will be 10 next month and im happy to say he is doing very well despite what the dr's told me at birth. my baby is very smart and he does everything his older siblings do. i love this video and i thank you for sharing this.

  • ""Many people judge a book by its cover and people with albinism including myself are prime examples of being so much more then what is seen from an outside point of view""

  • @YaBoiPOpZ That's deep...

  • Skin color is only a canvas on your face` has nothing to

do with your soul or the reality of your race, For we all

have dignity and a right to be what God have made, for

all flesh is precious and in good time shall fade.

  • all of these people are beautiful in their own way and anyone who treats them differently ought to be ashamed of themselves. By the way this was a beautiful video and made me aware of an issue that I hadn't known about. So thank you for this, what may i ask is the first song?

  • I wish I was albino:/ It's so ethereal and beautiful.

  • shit, imagine the asskicking many unsuspecting wives must have recieved back in history when this would happen to a black couple.Obviously nowadays the doctor will tell you then and there that the baby is albino, but imagine back then...

  • Well i think that anybody can feel superior to people. I am gay and people do it in my community. The lord says deny yourself. None of us are better than him. Some of us suffer externally whereas some internal but the truth will always remain that if you dont deny yourself in humility you will forever live in the flesh.

  • I personally think black girls with albinism can be breathtakingly beautiful.

  • I love everything about this video. The way the families show love to the children they have raised and supported with albinism.

You can achieve anything you want in life. Albinism has been around since the begining of time. Esau and David were said to have albinism, list any animal from A - Z, and you'll find albinism exists in those animals, this also applies to plants, trees, fruits and vegetables.

Ignorants is Disease, Education is the Cure!

To Hate is to kill, To Love is to heal!

  • All Albino people are beautiful though.

  • I loooove that video's title ! Serioulsy.

  • @celena332 LOL, His name is Mike and he lives in Florida, I believe.

  • i wish the albinos in africa had it this good..

  • In My True Opinion Albino's Are a Very Unique But Pretty Shade. Not To Mention They Are Very Beutiful People. And I Have Nothing Against Them !

  • Beautiful Video!!! Thanks you for making this!

  • THIS IS THE FIRST VIDEO I'VE SEEN WITH ZERO DISLIKES AND IT BETTER STAY THAT WAY!!!! (SOO MUCH BEAUTY HERE;) ...........AND BY THE WAY, THE GIRL AT 2:00 WAS SOO PRETTiii AND THE GIRL 5:19 LOOKED LIKE MODEL MATEIAL. LOL, AND THAT DUDE SHAUN ROSS 0:19 WAS SEXI WITH HIS LIL SWAG;>

  • Beautiful pics we are all family:)

  • albino people are so gorgeous. i love this video. <3

  • I LOVE THIS!!!!!!!!!! BROUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES!

  • ISNT SHAUN IN KATY PERRY VIDDD.?.....ND HE IS CUTE :))

  • It amazes me that something so small as skin pigment draws so much negative attention. It just shows how many people judge books by their cover before reading them. Just like with black and white albinism simply changes colour, not personallity. They are human beings with feeling and purpose. Treat them as such!

  • @Hobbzie02 Absolutely! Thank you for your comment :-)

  • i wish i knew an albino person.. they are so beautiful

  • so beautiful!!! I think the whole world ought to see this!!

  • first, 02:00.. wow!!! she's really gorgeous.

second, I find 02:15 slightly racist. I mean, I'm white, and what if I were to say "the love of my life has brown skin and black hair".. yeah? and?

  • I have Albinism.

This video touches me soo much, I can sit and watch it over and over, It helps me see that all the people that ever teased me are just jealous.

I am half african american . My mom is white with blonde hair and blue eyes and my my dad has black hair and brown eyes.

I naturally have super pale white skin and blonde hair and blue eyes and no freckles . I am hoping to someday meet a lot of people who have what I have.

  • Beautiful...thanks for sharing! You inspire me!

  • my mommy is albino and this really lifted her spirits up

  • OK.....I now know what I have to do. I have to find me an Albino Black Woman. Dear Lord some of them on here were just GEORGIOUS!!!!

  • interesting, I grew up around 3 albinos.Being the naive child that I was, I thought they were born with lighter hair and skin. I never saw them as being different, until someone told me that they were albino and were "different". It took me awhile to figure out the difference between white and blacks. I grew up in an all black neighborhood and my friends ranged from dark brown to near "white". I assumed the everyone was black even some of my real white friends. I'm color blind.

  • Thank you for posting this video, I have Albinism myself and I had a very rough time dealing with it growing up. Its a life long hurtle for myself and I know I'll be dealing with this for the rest of my life. I wish people can see the beauty and the strong words you show in this video as I have. This video has touched me with all the beautiful people in this video and I hope you make more!

  • what a wonderful video!!

iv'e only met 2 people in my life with albinism...

one was white and the other was a little black boy, they both made an impact on me with their strength.

I love the words in the video, we do need to

    start looking beneath the surface

    and stop being so superficial.

  • I'm not Albino but I'm so light skinned I may as well be. I too know the pain of being looked at wrong...just want to say this video was beautiful! Very beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • my best friend is albino and i get so angry when people treat her like an inferior. i would like to see those people who make fun of albino's to be albino for a day. they would not be able to deal with it. my friend cries when she saw this video..they were tears of anger and joy...KUDOS to you...she is african american also...i tell her she is unique and beautiful to her parents, her god, and me. you all are!

  • @kaitolover13 Thanks so much for your comment, and tell your friend she's a Golden Princess! God bless!

  • @Myangeleyez1072 being that "albino" is a recessive gene, does that mean that two albinos could make an albino baby?? or does it mean that they couldnt??

i remember this dude told me that they couldnt but i dont see why not, since its a recessive trait. two recessives dont make a dominant gene.

  • @arab3515 yes, I believe it's a 50/50 chance. There are, in fact, families where both parents and their children have albinism.

  • @arab3515 well T=dominant and t=recessive TT (both parents are dominant) more likely to be dominant non albino, tt (both are recessive) more likely to be albino, or Tt 50/50

  • You know what was strange to me? I saw you in one of your other vids and didn't realize you were albino. I just thought you were light skinned. My grandmother and her sisters all have red hair and light eyes and skin the same complexion as yours but they aren't albinos. They even have freckles. They are black but a lot of people are confused when they meet them. Have you heard of a genetic term for African Americans with fair skinned and having blond/red hair and light eyes? Thanks!

  • @mwtwyman There's more to albinism that fair skin and light eyes. It also includes varying levels of visual impairment, usually legal blindness, nystagmus, sensitivity to sunlight, etc. I am legally blind in one eye, borderline in the other, sensitivity to sunlight. I wear glasses.contacts to correct my vision enough to see from my borderline eye, and really do not use my other eye. I do not drive. Some of the people in this video have to use canes, and devices to maneuver daily.

  • @mwtwyman My point is just being fair-skinned with green eyes doesn't mean you have albinism. Being of mixed heritage whether it be recent or generations back can produce those same traits.

  • @Myangeleyez1072 Hey there. I completely understand. I love the study of genetics and the differences within the human race fascinate me. What I was trying to say is, I know that albinism can be expressed "partially" and not in its entirety. There are some forms where people can actually tan and maintain some pigmentation. I hope I didn't offend you by being unclear in my first comment. Best of Everything to you.

  • @mwtwyman Oh, no offense taken! I agree, there are many different types of Albinism, depending on the gene. Most caucasians have OCA1, most people of color have OCA2. I have OCA2 but I have the ability to tan slightly. In my vid there are a few people who actually have a bit of pigment and darker hair (more common among people of color). There's Occular Albinism that affects males only...I'd visit albinism dot org for the complete list of types. I appreciate your comments! :-)

  • I am a parent of a child of color with albinism and this was the most beautiful video I have ever seen. I cried with tears of joy during the whole thing. KUDOs to you all for putting this together. I will be passing on to others to watch and gain strength. Thanks so much! Luving You All!!

  • @Ladyshirelle47 Thank you for your comment! This was a labor of love for my friends and I, and it blesses me that it brought you joy and pride. Please let your child know that he/she is part of of a global Golden Family, and to always walk with pride!

    One Love!

  • I too have albinism... I'd love to talk with more people who can relate.. Hit me up! I'm also on facebook and myspace. Friends call me Smity.

  • @Myangeleyez1072 Very much! :)

  • I LOVE this video! Its simply beautiful! I have been looking in the past for people with albinism who have truly overcome and stood out above the rest and have been an inspiration. This is definitely inspirational! Thanks!

  • @Danigurl343 Glad you found me! One love to My Albinism Fam!!

  • african americans are productive members of society

  • I LOVE this song, thanks for posting this video

  • Great video ;)

  • WOW! Loved this video!

  • hey im from Nigeria and we have about 14 albinos in my family I just love it!! its quite common here :)

  • @dehjavoo Im nigerian. I'm igbo. It seems to be sort of common in our tribe.

  • I stumbled upon this video, very inspirational and also for those who are albino. Great job!

  • @Primitive26 Thank you! :-)

  • omg this is awsome i personaly think albino black people look better then black ppl ... and WHY must ppl make fun of them becuz of thier skin they are all the same as us like really its pointless to make fun of them becuz ur just hurting them more than anybody needs to be hurt :( i love this vid hope albino people out there stand up for em selves when picked on

  • this vid is really nice.

  • @localnorganic

Thank you, glad you liked it

    ;-)

  • Love the video, the problem today is that so many people are so uneducated. People fail to realize that when you peel back the layers of skin we all are the same. People need to stop looking at the surface but at who the individual is as a person. Everyone regardless of color or race should be treated with respect and dignity. Keep your head up, you all are beautiful no matter what color you are or what you look like.

  • @harrisll73

    Well said, sista. Thank you!

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH! This video brought tears to my eyes. My son is a beautiful 1 yr old baby with albinism. Its ashame so many people are uneducated about this condition, but it's so nice to see other people living every day life with albinism. Thanks again...

  • @honeybrown117 This vid was made for your lil boy, so he'll know his true beauty, in spite of what the world may say. Hugs! We are glad you are a part of our Golden Family!

  • Thank u...check out my page and you'll see a clip of my baby boy...

  • the babies are cute!

  • great vid

  • the girl at 1:54 is very beautiful

  • I'm not Albino but i have a similar situation (not saying you're in some weird situation.) My ENTIRE family is WAAAAY darker than me. I have been called different types of names since i was a child. And some of my family still don't see me as a part of the family. But i loved your video, i really did.. It made me feel a whole lot better about myself. My family is black btw.. Lol! But i look like a white Cuban.. So i know how it feels to be different. Thanks for reading. :)

  • @jprizzleson87

Thank you for sharing, and always remember to love the skin you're in ;-) Every shade is beautiful in God's eyes!

    One Love!

  • This is beautiful.. thank you for sharing..

  • Inspirational I also have Albinism

  • cool is this alll your family...?

  • @stupidbrain1 In a way. We are related by shared life experiences. Seon (first guy with the dreads) is my fiance. Everyone else are my friends.

  • gREAT VIDEO! We are all equal!

  • The other day my nephew (age 4) saw an albino woman in the grocery store and he looked at her and said "momma, she looks like an angel." made the woman smile (:

  • @StateOfGrace

    Made me smile, too.

  • good vid but i had to double take for a min the security guard looks just like my brother in law lol

  • NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Beautiful and inspiring video. I see I am not the only one on here that thinks the security guy is a hottie.

  • so dose this mean that its true that white people came from black ?

  • I have no idea. Anthropologist Donald Johanson discovered the oldest human fossil remains, nicknamed "Lucy", in Ethiopia in 1974.

"Africa is the cradle of human race. Anthropologists have unearthed the oldest human skeletons in East Africa... One of the best preserved human remnants is a female skeleton found at Hadar in Ethiopia. Lucy was dated between 3.6 and 3 million years ago and belongs to the Australopethicus category." -D. I. Loizos, 1996-2003

    Google it... ;-)

  • Actually black people come from white. We spread from up north and their skin adapted accordingly. As the earth warms up eventually everyone will be black but they will look a lot different to the black people we know of today. I'm not racist but the bigish lips and noses probably won't be there when the second adaptation comes along. If I made any sense there I'd be amazed XD

  • Well, that's your opinion, and that's cool.

I really didn't make this video to bring into question where the races derived from. Frankly, I don't give a care where they came from. I have no interest in the discussion, which is why I simply quoted an factual anthropologic discovery (not a personal opinion, as I clearly stated that I have no idea....and frankly, NOBODY does). To be honest. It's a purely pointless argument to have, since we are all here presently.

  • These arguments are made solely to make one race feel superior to another. I don't think any race has a right to feel more superior to another, and I will not support such beliefs, period. SO for future references to anyone visiting my page or viewing these videos, any and all remarks regarding racial superiority, who came from who, or anything along those lines WILL NOT BE APPROVED>

Thank you for your time, and have a pleasant day. ;-)

  • What I said was an opinion and wasn't meant to be argumental (not sure of my grammar there)

  • obviously, you dont even know what albinism is, because if you did that question about race wouldn't have even been asked.

  • no. Albinism has nothing to do with race. Its a genetic disorder that makes the skin unable to produce pigment. albinos can come in an race even Asian.

  • I am a white person and when I worked for the state government I dealt with several Albino children. my heart went out to them because I did not know how they would be treated by either sidesThey were such beautiful children.

  • hi, i am also an albino and i just wanted to say that the video was beautiful. everyone in the video was unique and i appreciate your pride.

  • I made this video to remind all of those who share this condition that we are beautiful black men and black women, and we have nothing to feel shameful about. I hope that it gives you pride in your heart as well, for this video represents you, too. ;-)

  • This video is proof that careful who u hate u maybe hating yourself to all my albino brothers and sisters we love u know matter what your skin color is and also europeans to we are one family the human family

  • Thank you so much for your comment! ;-)

  • Lovely presentation, very beautiful people :)

  • We are unique. Beautiful video an dI hope EVERYONE who watches this can tell that people with albinism aren't so different. We're made in nature and just as the color of your skin, we can't change that. Embrace it!

  • BEAUTIFUL!!!!! SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL I SO APPRECIATE THAT AS A CHILD i WAS TAUGHT ABOUT DIVERSITY. BECAUSE THIS SMALL LESSON WAS LEFT OUT OF SO MANY PEOPLES LIVES THEY DONT REALISE THAT TREATING SOMEONE AS AN OUTCAST DUE TO THIER APPEARANCE IS PURE IGNORANCE!

    THANK YOU FOR DOING THIS!

  • thanks 4 posting ur comment up here. you couldnt put it any better
