I called today and voiced my opposition. The legislative leader will try to convince you that this in no way applies to backyard gardening.
You can expect that you will need to be able to cite and read parts of the bill that you disagree with.
Classifying a backyard pond or aqua ponic system as a "food production facility" is a problem. Your ability to raise rabbits or chickens will be threatened and also to store seeds.
Also be able to explain how this is connected to Monsanto.
