I have been a fan of Ray Riddles music since I first heard it on the Country Boys Documentary. The pictures in this video poignantly illustrate the words of his song. The video was edited masterfully! Thank you!!
I have been a fan of Ray Riddle since I saw him on PBS's "Country Boys". I have always loved eastern Kentucky and Appalachia, although I have never lived there. Your video is fascinating. Why were you in Kentucky? Is that where you are from? The video shows life in a very stark and realistic way--and the music is excellent.
My friends and I are not indigenous to Kentucky, but we toured the region extensively during college, meeting people and learning about this great country.
