very weird. there is another version of this episode and that one has the original theme when gomez falls into the kools and you see that farao'eyes glow up, and when lurch opens the door to grandpapa addams

don't compare the series to the original, that only makes things bleak in a non-pleasent fashion. Try thinking of this as a bridge, something to bri ng in a younger crowd and make them surious about the original. :)
