Yes, he did answer the question. He said he's going to hold "an annual summit with Native American Leaders" wherein he will be involved directly. As for his specific plans, feel free to go to his website and there's a downloadable PDF file there entitled "The Blueprint for Change - Barack Obama's Plan for America." They are the most detailed, realistic and thought-through plan anyone has ever seen from any candidate.

I am an independent. Today I went door to door in Massachusetts and phoned up voters to get them to come out and vote for Obama.
