  • Should start off "hey Internet Jason english of big jay extreme fitness and what hat I'm I going ware today" lol

  • @epicdowntown I've got a hat for every day of the year. Guess I'll try to wear a different one every video..Ha, ha.

  • @feugo0 Thanks a bunch. One of my favorites.

  • no need to apologize... if i remember correctly it was us viewers who voted on you doing some videos on nutrition. keep it up

  • @staind132111 Thanks for taking the blame brother. Ha, ha. And seriously thanks for your continual support.

  • Big J, what's your take on the whole "your body can only digest 30g of protein in a certain period of time"?

  • @RcKis0 While there is a ton of validity to this statement I do not whole heartedly agree with it. It really depends on your muscle maturity, BF levels, INTENSITY of training and cardio for that day, stress/cortisol levels etc.....It's a good general rule of thumb to follow but this rule is made to be broken in my opinion.,

  • great vid J!

  • @blazersfan7 Thanks brother.

  • looks like good food for any day

  • @teakey Thanks brother. I'm usually still hungry after a small snack like that.

  • @wmontano8 Food was pretty good. Having to cut back my post meal ice cream pretty soon. Getting too fat.

  • @BigJsExtremeFitness haha why dont you try skinny cows ice cream bars and ice cream, its lower fat and lower calories from fat, i know you manly have a spoon full but with some low fat skinny cow brand ice cream you could probably eat the same amount you normally eat but with fewer calories :)

  • @wmontano8 I'd end up eating the whole tub. I better just quit buying it all together. Hi, My name is Big J and I"m an ice cream addict.

  • @BigJsExtremeFitness haha My name is Willy Montano and im a Cheese Cake addict lol

  • Do you drink alcohol big J?

  • @100percentNatural100 Yes, on occasion.

  • howcome u dont count the protein in ur rice? even though its only 5-10 grams its still significant

  • @yuvrajdiwan123 This serving of rice was less than 4 grams. (approx 1/2 cup) So when I said around 40-48 grams of protein consinder it significantly mentioned.

  • @BigJsExtremeFitness oh ok nevermind then

  • BIG J!!!! Hey man. I weigh 210 at about 18% body fat and I'm 5'10". I'm doing about 3,500 calories, 230 carbs, and 230 protein on workout days. 25 y/o....how you feel about that?

  • @royfudgloy Depends what your goals are. Are you strong? Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to gain mass?

  • @royfudgloy Need LOADS more information before I answer that question completely but sounds pretty good so far brother.

  • theres a good vid on fasted cardio by will brink big j

to show the flip side of it if you get time

  • @wrusst Thanks for the info brother. I'll try to check it out.

  • Great call on the lunch meal!

  • @youndandrestless Thanks brother. Changed my mind though. About to train now so I better get more calories in huh?

  • Looks like a great lunch!

  • @CampbellFitness Thanks brother. Motivated me to workout today. Headed to the gym now. Bout to slam an all organic peanut butter, jelly bowl of oatmeal.

  • Is white rice really bad? I hear all the time people giving it a bad reputation and I eat white rice all the time and I'm a lean 190 pounder.

  • @Gooknukem then u need to eat more white rice

  • @Gooknukem I used to think the same thing and just recently changed over. I could always stay lean on the whites too. But all the smart people about white starches tell us otherwise. Look some of it up brother. It did not completely change my mind but I'm more consciense (sp?) about it now than I used to be.

  • how did u build up strenght to squatting like 500 r benching/deadlifting whatever ur max is. did u just do 8 to 12 reps all through the years?

  • @AdR1aN43 for strength training you have to do sets of 5 usually and around 3-5 reps for each set, take more rest time in between each set.. Stronglifts 5x5 is a good program to follow, but you also have to work on building muscle, otherwise you're going to hurt yourself too

  • @swifttiga ya i know i do phat program, power/hpertrophy training.

i was wondering how J got strong cus some ppl never have done 5x5 r powerlifting and still r very strong

  • @AdR1aN43 I have always been stronger than average. Grew up on a farm and hauled hay, chopped wood, herded large animals, worked on heavy equipment etc, so I used it to my advantage. As far as training goes I really didn't know how to train till about 15 years ago and since then have followed the Dorian Yates/Mentzer program. Very high Intensity.

  • First intensity RULES hahaahha =)

  • @bebIessed Congrats brother. I think this is the first time I've seen you nail it first!! Very INTENSE!!
