I don't think their is a one size fits all 'best', but their are many good ones. You've got to do the research to determine what's best for you:)

civil engineer decide the volume, the material and the support and make you go back to your notes until it can fit reality...not just a dream...

that's why nowadays, civil engineers have drawing classes, auto cad and staff to draw those things themselves...so that actuality can meet reality
