Marathon dates back to the ancient Greece when a Greek man runs for miles only to inform the Greeks that the Persian invasion were repulsed in a battle known as the Battle of Marathon. unfortunately,i don't know the exact date it happened but i can recommend marathon athletes viewing this video complete marathon and half marathon training guides. plz contact me through ksatriakmal@yahoo.com if u r interested in marathon training.tq
Hi, I was wondering, how many times a week would you do this for and how long for each session. Also would this be good for longer distances such as 15 to 21 km's.
Thank Lauren! I'll give these a go. I jog with a little occasional sprinting, and tend to have tight piriformis and IT bands, which I think is due to form so I'm hoping this will help. Your thoughts?
You know how many times has my trainer tried to explain these exercises to me I just can't get it. He also said that these are necessary to improve my running form, which I desperately need because I run very inefficiently. I'll keep trying, thanks for posting this video.
@tempname11111 Fuck off you know there are sooooooo many people that just dont give a shit how they spell and 2 have someone say someone as irrelevant as that like seriously????? she knew what she was asking it was a typo god....trolls these days.
They key thing she said to me was at 2:02 till 2:15...all of the form stuff when doing these drills comes in time but most runners forget an easy basic as they get tired or in a "trance": keep your eyes and head up...not far back, just level...she is super smart, and really it is the basics that make her such a great runner!
She did not name that fifth drill, the one where it involves that fast lateral and slow forward motion with quick feet side to side. I'll make up a name, maybe SideSide Drill or something.
So, she outlines six drills ~ ~ ~ CARIOCO~~~HIGH KNEE w/SKIP~~~V SKIP~~~BUTT KICK~~~SIDE SIDE~~~and RUSSIAN DANCE. Awesome. Doing these it seems I can't help but increase my speed.
I have to view again to get the recommended meters or time for these. Thanks!
@ironmantom STFU. yes, what does she know. Tom Tellez knows A LOT more than her, with actual scientific basis. he would take her to school. Definitely clueless compared to Tellez.
This is an amazing video about the running drills. The girl explains everything in the most lucid manner!I thank the producers for this video as it is going to be of great help to us!
Oops, been doing butt kicks wrong my entire running career.

hey i was wounding, how often would you do drills a week? il do mine on a tuesday?..would you do them few times a week?
MichealWeather 1 year ago
@MichealWeather I would do these drills as part of a normal warm up routine. A few times per week for sure
ironmantom 1 year ago 4
@ironmantom How many times would you repeat them?
MichealWeather 1 year ago
@MichealWeather As an example, On a 25yd stretch I would do each drill down and back (50yds total) one time through before each workout.
MrWahoootribe 1 year ago
@ironmantom is it true eating a honeybun like snack 20 mins before a run would prevent losing muscle, and just lose fat
