If my memory serves me right, It was in 1970 that Lt. William Calley got nailed for the Mai Lai killings that he'd ordered done. ah, the news being reported by actual journalists who dug deep and werent blacked out by the government. or blacked out by media ceo's who preferred high ratings. it was why the vietnam war ended, because of truthful news reporters and coverage. i forgot what freedom of the press looked like. thanks for posting.
