yeah, i saw him in Maine once in a little dive in mid late 90's & he was...terrible. I mean, seriously bad. He looked awful (amish boy haircut?) and kept making vulgar gestures at audience rather than focusing on his singing, which left a lot of be desired. I'm really sorry he passed away. I liked Warrant back in the day & I think it's really sad that he died alone in a crappy hotel room. I wish he'd been able to get it together. He was a great songwriter. He wrote most of Warrants hits. R.I.P.~

This is really painful. I thought after he was on Celebrity Fit Club that the drinking crap would stop. Sadly, it didn't. I saw Warrant a few years ago as part of a Poison Tour in Cleveland (Blossom Theater). They were this bad. Lane kept holding up the mic hoping the audience would sing all of the parts that he couldn't sing anymore. SAD. Poison sounded great though...
