  • The easiest way to stop being lazy is to "stop avoiding pain". The way to do this is to make a list of the things u do to avoid pain and then put a check next to each one of these items every time you give into them. Try and get those checks down to zero. This works because you are already in the habbit of avoiding things so this will be easy for you.

  • His Knuckles must hurt...

  • Mike Tucciarone? Personal trainer at the rec center in Brunswick, Ohio?

  • This stuff is all knowledge. Not that that's not important. But the problem is that many lazy people are not dumb people, they know what they SHOULD do. These SHOULD do things are great, and they're definitely important. The problem is DOING these things. I feel like if implemented all of what I knew I'd be extremely successful. Instead I perform mediocre and I waste way too much time.

Thinking about how to be successful is not enough for me. Maybe I need meds, who knows. lol

    Good vid tho.

  • @IJustMadeAComment Check out the book psycho cybernetics by maxwell maltz. The idea in the book is there is no such thing as will power and our behavior is not based on what we know but our subconscious belief about our selves (self image). The thing is you can change your habits and beliefs by by constantly using your imagination. Your sub conscious can't tell the difference between reality and vivid imagination. I'm reading it now I'll let you know if it works for me.
