If someone "needs" to have cosmetic surgery we may have a provision to protect that, but outside from that I have no sympathy for not taxing elective surgeries. These people are not "working class", so what if they're women, if they can afford over 10k for bigger boobs, they can afford the tax that will help americans live better for less.
