3. How can you have a 1:24:06, the fastest time I've seen for MGS3, when you do not utilize the fastest strategies and have lag to slow you down further?

you can also shoot the hornets nest before you go on, so the bees catch the enemy, and then the enemy runs into the other enemies, and then they go away for a while, giving you time to get though with one shot at the part where the big bridge is.

Treat Subsistence as expansion of Snake Eater.

Subsistence has less bugs then Snake Eater, with Metal Gear 1 and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake Remake for PS2 and existence disc.
